The RAT Armored Personnel Carrier is a small two man armored vehicle. It is designed to protect its occupants in several different situations. These range from Military/SWAT type incidents to basic Security duties. Additionally, it can be used for firefighting and explosive ordinance disposal. These vehicles can be used in crowd control and rescue operations.They can also be used for patrolling nuclear power plants, military bases and airports.
Benefits of having a small vehicle include its compact size for urban settings, where larger vehicles would be ineffective. This smaller size adds to its survivability and being air portable.
Arizona Armor knows that this type of vehicle is really a matter of preference. The customer's vehicle is basically prepped as a survival tool. The vehicle is first gone over by a certified mechanic. Then it stripped of non- essential items to reduce weight. Only accessories that enhance the performance and usefulness are considered. Prepped, Turn-key vehicles are available.

FAST stands for Field Armor System "Tactical". It is a custom application designed by Arizona Armor. It was developed as a low cost alternative to purpose-built armored vehicles. It is light weight and simple.
FAST armor works best with full sized pick ups and SUVs', but can be adapted to Jeeps and semi tractors.
Customers can purchase turn-key vehicles or FAST
Armor can be attached to previously owned trucks.
